This program is meant for students that have been in an elementary Spanish immersion program or who are native Spanish speakers. Students experience a rigorous, dynamic academic curriculum, including English Language Arts, Spanish Language Arts, Math, Science/ Social Studies, and Social-Emotional Learning.
Additionally, we have an exciting Artist in Residence program for all grade levels. We invite local artists who work with teachers to explore the many dimensions (music, dance, history, art, geography, etc.) of different art traditions. In addition to the Artist in Residence, program kids are introduced to Capoeira with a “Mestre” who comes each week. It is fascinating! Last but not least, PE classes take place twice a week.
